Applicant privacy notice
Last updated 29 September 2026. This notice explains how application details are handled under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What is collected
Name, email, WhatsApp phone number, course and cohort choice, corps-member status and (if applicable) state code, optional call-up number, location, device access, how you heard about the class, and the optional course track suggested by the quiz.
We do not ask for NIN, BVN, bank details, or photographs. The state code is the default proof of corps membership; the call-up number stays optional.
Why and who sees it
Odiete uses the information only to contact you about this class and enrol you in Cisco Networking Academy. Your email is entered into Cisco NetAcad so it can send your class invitation. Odiete is the only person who reviews applications. Questions sent from the footer open in WhatsApp and are not stored on this site.
Retention
Application details are deleted 12 months after the cohort ends.
